I teach private and group Yoga classes in Stuttgart. My desire is for more and more people to get to know yoga and its benefits. I offer beginner classes as well as others that are designed for all levels. It doesn't matter how flexible you are, what your physical condition is or your age: Practising Yoga doesn't depend on any of that. Yoga is for everyone. Come and try out a class with me.
