The main style of my classes is Hatha Vinyasa Yoga with elements of Anusara Yoga.
This style combines the execution of physical postures with conscious breathing, fluidity and stillness, physical and energy alignment, and a focused mind. This practice intends to lead us to a meditative state where we connect with our essence, our true self.
